This agreement is made between Best Rent A Car Antalya (hereinafter referred to as the “Lessor”) on one side, and the person/entity whose details are stated in this agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Lessee”) on the other side, under the terms and conditions set forth below.

Lessee: Name, ID/Passport number, address, and contact information as stated in the agreement.
This agreement covers the rental of the vehicle owned by the Lessor to the Lessee for the specified duration, terms, and fee, including the usage conditions, and the rights and obligations of both parties.

The minimum rental period is 24 hours.
Delays exceeding 3 hours from the agreed return time will be charged as a full day.
The rental period is stated in the agreement, and any extension requires written/approved notice.
For economy and mid-range vehicles: Minimum 21 years of age and 2 years valid driver’s license.
For luxury and SUV vehicles: Minimum 25 years of age and 3 years valid driver’s license.
For foreign lessees: International driving license or a valid license from their own country.
The rental fee is payable in advance by cash, bank card, or credit card.
The deposit is blocked only via credit card.
The block will be lifted within 3–5 business days after the vehicle is returned undamaged.
For prepaid reservations, a cancellation fee applies if the cancellation period is exceeded.
The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at delivery.
If returned with less fuel, the fuel difference plus service fee will be charged to the Lessee.
"Full–Full" or "Full–Empty" fuel options will be stated in the agreement.
Standard packages include a daily mileage limit.
Exceeding this limit will incur additional charges as stated in the agreement.
Unlimited mileage is available for long-term rentals.
All vehicles are rented with compulsory traffic insurance and comprehensive insurance (kasko).
Insurance is void in cases of alcohol, drugs, driving without a license, unauthorized drivers, or traffic violations.
The Lessee may purchase additional coverage packages to reduce risk.
In case of damage, the Lessee must immediately inform the Lessor and obtain a police report/official record.
The vehicle may only be driven by the driver(s) named in the agreement.
Additional drivers must provide ID and license at delivery and pay the relevant fee.
Insurance is void for drivers not stated in the agreement.
All traffic fines, parking tickets, and toll fees incurred during the rental are the responsibility of the Lessee.
Any fines due to insufficient HGS/OGS balance will be charged to the Lessee.
The vehicle may only be used within the borders of Turkey.
Taking the vehicle abroad or transporting it via ferry without written permission is prohibited.
The vehicle may not be used for racing, speed testing, rallies, cargo transport, or illegal activities.
Best Rent A Car Antalya provides 24/7 roadside assistance.
In case of breakdown, accident, or theft, the Lessor must be contacted immediately.
The Lessor is responsible for regular maintenance; the Lessee is responsible for any damages during the rental period.
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the delivery date are free of charge.
Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a one-day rental charge.
Modification requests are subject to vehicle and date availability.
The Lessee assumes full responsibility for the vehicle from delivery until return.
The Lessee must take care of the vehicle’s cleanliness and maintenance during the rental period.
The agreement may be terminated unilaterally if the rental conditions are violated.
