At Best Rent A Car Antalya, we aim to provide our customers with a reliable, transparent, and hassle-free car rental experience. Therefore, we have prepared the following rental terms to clearly define the mutual rights and responsibilities during the rental process. Please read these terms carefully before renting a vehicle and contact us for any questions you may have.
For economy and mid-range vehicles, renters must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 2 years. For luxury, premium, and SUV segment vehicles, the age limit is 25 and the license must have been held for at least 3 years. Foreign customers may rent vehicles with an international driver’s license or a valid license obtained in their home country.
The minimum rental period is 24 hours. In case of delays during vehicle return, an hourly extra fee will apply. If the delay exceeds 3 hours, a full day’s rental fee will be charged. No refunds are given for early returns, although certain promotions may allow flexibility in this regard.
Reservations can be made via our website, by phone, or in person at our offices. The rental fee can be paid in cash, by debit card, or credit card at the time of delivery. The security deposit is blocked only on a credit card and will be released within 3-5 business days if the vehicle is returned without damage. For prepaid reservations, cancellation and modification conditions depend on the terms stated at the time of booking.
Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as at delivery. If returned with less fuel, the difference and a service charge will be applied. Customers may choose between “full-to-full” or “full-to-empty” fuel policies.
Our standard rental packages include a daily mileage allowance. If this limit is exceeded, an extra mileage fee will apply. The mileage limit is clearly stated in the rental agreement. Unlimited mileage options are available for long-term rentals.
All our vehicles are rented with compulsory traffic insurance and standard collision damage coverage. However, this does not cover all types of damage. Optional insurance packages (mini damage insurance, full damage waiver, tire-glass-headlight insurance) are available to increase your coverage level. Damages not covered by the insurance are the renter’s responsibility.
The vehicle may only be driven by the person(s) named in the rental agreement. To add an additional driver, ID and driver’s license details must be provided at the time of delivery, and an additional fee will apply. If the vehicle is driven by an unauthorized person, the insurance will be void.
All traffic fines, parking tickets, toll fees (HGS/OGS), and similar costs incurred during the rental period are the renter’s responsibility. These charges will be billed to the renter if detected during or after the rental period.
Our vehicles are rented for use within the borders of Turkey. Taking the vehicle abroad or transporting it by ferry is prohibited without written permission. Vehicles cannot be used for racing, rallying, freight transport, or any illegal activities.
Best Rent A Car Antalya offers 24/7 roadside assistance. In case of an accident, breakdown, or other emergencies, you must immediately contact our customer service. In the event of damage, a police report must be obtained and our company must be informed without delay.
Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the delivery date are free of charge. For cancellations made within the last 48 hours, a one-day rental fee will be charged. Modification requests will be evaluated based on vehicle and date availability.
The renter is responsible for all damages that may occur from the time the vehicle is collected until it is returned. Regular maintenance and cleaning of the vehicle are the responsibility of Best Rent A Car Antalya. In case of non-compliance with the rental terms, the contract may be terminated.
